Refund policy

1) How long do I have to return an unwanted item?

Sesidy cares about how our customers feel, that's the reason why we offered 28 Days Return Guarantee to all our customers.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return for a refund or exchange by reaching out to our customer service team within 28 days after receiving your order.

Certain return & exchange instructions should be followed before proceeding with the Return & Refund process.

2) Can I exchange my item(s)?

We don’t offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

3) Can I cancel or amend my order?

Amendments or cancellations can't be made once your order's been dispatched!

We always want to make sure your order's delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it's sent for processing as soon as we confirm it.

*Each customer is allowed to return up to 3 items per annum. After reaching the limit, a processing fee would be charged to each unit of item(s) returned.

4) How do I return an unwanted item?

Start a return <here> and follow the simple steps below.

Step 1: Log in to our return center <here>. You will need your order number. (Your order number is a four-digit code that can be found on your order confirmation email). You will also be asked to enter the email that you placed your order with.

Step 2: Select the reason of return, tick the item(s) that you want to return, and upload relevant photos or videos of the item(s).

Step 3: Once you have processed your return in the portal, you will have to wait 2-3 days for our sales team to review the return request.

Step 4: Please keep an eye on your email inbox or spam folder. You’ll get an email from the sales team to notify you whether they approve or reject your return request in 2-3 working days, along with the return instruction.

Step 5: Once the return request is approved, please pack your items, attach the correct information needed in the package, and ship the items to us within 21 days of the date of approval.

Step 6: Please enter the return tracking number in the link ‘Add Tracking Details’ provided in the return instruction email. Make sure to keep your proof of postage!

Step 7: You’ll get an email once we receive your returned item.

*Please take note: For all returns, we aim to refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned items(s).

5) How much does it cost to return an item?

We’re sorry, but we do NOT offer free returns, returns must be made at your own cost.

We do NOT refund delivery charges on any orders.

We do NOT provide return labels.

6) About the refund.

a) Damaged/Defective/Missing items: Full or partial refund will proceed, inclusive of the shipping fee.

b) Change of Mind / Non-Damaged Items: Full refund or partial refund will proceed, customers are required to return the items to the designated address with shipping cost fully responsible by the customer.

We will proceed with the refund or resend upon receiving the return parcel and inspection, 30 working days are expected for the refund to be reflected on your account.

7) Exclusion

Kindly take note that in some circumstances, return requests will be refused:

1) Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return. (Ex. clearance sales or special promotion item)

2) Defective/Damaged/Washed/Worn are not acceptable.

3) Damaged original packaging or tag which affected the product from re-selling.

4) Any returns/refund/exchange request that exceeds 28 Days validity days from the date of collection with a valid Order Reference number.

5)Faulty Items or Wrong Items

Customers are suggested to do a basic inspection immediately after receiving the package.

However, If there are any faulty or wrong items are found upon receiving, kindly drop us an e-mail with photos or videos attached for proof. Our after-sales team will further investigate and assist in a refund or exchange ASAP.

8) Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to final clearance and hygiene concerns, certain items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Kindly check the list below before raising your request or purchase.

1) Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, underwear, etc that will have hygiene concerns for re-selling.

2) Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts.

3) Items that are Worn, Washed, Altered, or Used with a damaged tag.

9) Refund

Once we have received your parcel in our warehouse, an inspection will be made upon receiving it. The refund will take approximately 5-7 working days to reflect on your account, it may also be affected by the processing lead time of your bank.
