1) ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Order processing time is the period where our warehouse team proceeds from receiving your order to physically dispatching it.
All the international orders will only be processed, shipped, or delivered within 1 - 3 business days (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).
Recently, we are experiencing shipment delays due to the high volume of orders from the platform and also different unavoidable circumstances such as border restrictions due to COVID-19 outbreak or customs clearance delays. We seek for your kind understanding of any shipment delays or additional transit days that occurred. Our customer service will reach out to you via email if there are any delivery exceptions to your order.
We will try our best to fulfill the orders as quickly as possible. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
2) ORDER CANCELLATION
We understand that there may be times when orders need to be canceled. You may request a cancellation of your orders by dropping us an email at contact@sesidy.com with the order number and product's name included. Our customer service will revert back to you within 48 business hours
Please be informed that you will not be able to cancel your order once the shipment has been arranged.
- Under certain circumstances, your order may force to be canceled:
a) Order fulfillment issues, such as item out-of-stock, shortage and etc.
b) Shipment or delivery issues, such as country or regional restrictions.
c) Failure of payment, such as rejection of cross-border transactions.

6) ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
The estimated shipping times are calculated based on urban areas or city center locations, longer delivery time is expected in the outskirts or remote regions. Warehouse processing, clearance, custom delays, or delivery exception due to invalid addresses are not included in the above-estimated delivery timing.
7) CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Our shipping service is highly based on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) policy. Therefore, any customs or import duties charged at the destination countries or regions are the responsibility of customers. We recommend our customers to check with the local customs authorities or regulations before placing an order on our website as these extra charges are hard to evaluate.
8) TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You may track your package directly on our website for any status updates.
9) RECEIVE CONFIRMATION
Some courier services may require signature from the receiver upon the delivery, please make sure to check the delivery status to avoid failure of delivery.
